Terms and conditions for return of a ski pass

1 Injury of the ski pass user

Refund is possible for those days for which the ski pass has not been used. The user must present the following documents: A) Photocopy of an authorized health service report that the user has been injured; B) Rescue service report; C) Original ski pass.

 

2 Injury of a family member of the ski pass user

Refund is possible for those days for which the ski pass has not been used, to the amount paid for the pass reduced by 30%.

The user must present the following documents: A) Photocopy of an authorized health service report that the user’s family member has been injured; B) Rescue service report; C) Original ski pass.

3 Death of a family member of the ski pass user

Refund is possible for those days for which the ski pass has not been used, to the amount paid for the pass. The user must present the following documents: A) A statement by the ski pass user containing the data on the death and the user’s data (personal number and address); B) Original ski pass.
